I have ordered Papa Johns online, and have found that the online orders are far more accurate.
I have never had a mistake on what toppings I wanted on the pizza.
I suppose because it is not left to interpertation from the phone conversation.
You also don't have to put up with poor customer service skills from the person who answers the phone.
Our family likes it, and uses it probably at least once a month.

Nah. Not inclined to either. I called a place once that tried to pressure me into ordering online, and they actually said that they "give their online orders priority" over phone calls and instore pickups. How dumb is that? How *rude* is that? This is basically a pizza place, you're *offering to pay them* for a service, and they have the nerve to tell you to your own face that they *don't* want you calling them up, that they won't give your order "priority" unless you order online, that they'll put you on hold for no reason if you call them like a normal person. WTF? Man, Papa John's can suck with their attitude sometimes. Not to mention, I don't like the idea of giving out debit card info online. I just don't. Having that info on my computer makes it a *target*, even with good security at the site. You know? Just saying....I'll order it the old-school way and if folks get too rude I'll go to corporate and rant at their *bosses*. Really, how lazy can people be? They charge for delivery *And ask for Tips* and now this...

My ex ordered pizza online many times. They would always call and make sure you actually ordered it and check to see if the order was correct. I think since they call you anyhow, it's pointless.

I have - but it was pointless. It took me just a long and the store ended up calling me back to confirm my credit card details anyway.

No, I don't order anything over the 'net. It's pointless, unless you're deaf or can't speak and have to use a keyboard.

i order from pizzahut.com and i like it because as you probably know most of the people in the fast food industry barely speak english! ordering online just makes it so you know exactly what you are ordering without the hassel and frustration of the people who can barely speak english! plus online you can get additional savings and coupons.with pizzahut.com i dont have to call and confirm anything.

It was ok .Having a menu and prices helps ya choose the best way to go and not feel like you are holding anyone up from getting the next call.

yep, both Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. Nice because both have online only coupons. My only complaint is you have to either order it for right then, or two hours in advance.

yup. I ordered papa johns but I never got a confirmation email so I had to call them and confirm my order. Kind of made it pointless.
