Squats in a squat cage with weights. (Make sure you have someone to spot you.) Go to the track and take the bleacher steps two at a time and alternate with just straight running up and then walk down for a set of 20 reps (up and down once = 1 rep). Lunging down the length of a football field and back. You have a bangin' bottom in no time!

Lunges and Squats. Most dancers will tell you that and it shapes your legs too. You have got the right idea. There is nothing more disgusting then a women with a flat butt. It's just like,what is the point; go away.

haha gurl that was me two years ago.... well you see I used to do this work out like this
1. run up a hill (big one)
2. run straight back down (as fast as you can)
3. do 100 sit-ups
4. do 100 jumpin jacks
5. do 50 backwurdz jumpin jacks
it really works juss do it for a month or so itll proabably work
u can also get injections, lipo, or wear 30 or 40 pairs of panties at the same time lol

I knew my lower body was weak, but had no idea how badly! My body is balancing out and I can actually see my butt in jeans now. Great stuff.
