OI am a new customer to directv snd need to print out a form for the free portable dvd player to be sent to me for meeting the requirements

Customer must complete and sign rebate form (sent automatically in first DIRECTV bill or in a separate mailing), and comply with the terms on the form.

I moved to an area that does not allow directv because of HOA rules now these clowns are holding me to a contract that I can not fulfill. Is that customer service.
I was told that i would get a return box for my equipment in a few days. What constitutes a few days? It has been close to 10 days.
The bill states that customer service is available 24/7 Not true only 8AM to 10 PM

Directv installer connected my service April 4. April 5 when I turned my TV on I had snow and cable 93. I called my installer to report the problem. He said he would check with his supervisor. Two days later he reported to me his supervisor said "I should contact my TV manufacter." After 3 days of no service I terminated Dircectv and returned the equipment. Now Directv thinks I should pay $450.00
for service that did not work. Is that customer service?
