I'm looking for a condo in Florida...?

I am 20 years old and am looking for a condo/townhouse for a weekend in Destin, FL. I do not want to stay in a hotel unless I can find one with like a kitchen, bedroom, and living room. I want something under like $160/night. But everywhere I have looked has a 25 years or older age restriction. If anybody knows of anything please let me know. Thanks in advance.

You may consider calling the condos that you have been looking at. It sounds like they are wanting you to do a timeshare tour to get the rate you have found. Otherwise, you should be fine checking in at 20.
