sorry the ledges that go in and out ,the ones you have to jump from one to another till you get to the top

and the ropes there are two swinging you have to swing from one to another .I just never make it to the second , there has to be a code to run faster or something

That bloody difficult valley on top of Pandora's, eh? Slide down to the very tip of the rope you are on. Swing repeatedly until Kratos gets closer to the next rope & double jump. Repeat the process on each rope. Practice makes perfect. But trust me, some challenges ahead are more pain in the *** than this one.

Swing the rope and wait till the rope is all the way forwards. jump and and press X, then Start swinging the rope.
