Where do i shop film treatments around?

I am writing a treatment for an action/thriller/horror/eye candy film that I'd like to shop around to script writers or film producers.

You can try WGA (Writers Guild of America) and try to find some writers. Go to www.wga.org for more information or you can post an ad at some website if your looking for screenwriters.
