On a cell phone, yes...and I can't count the number of times I will be right next to my phone, it won't ring, then it will beep with a message. Or, you turn your phone off for the night, turn it back on in the am, and you find a voice mail from 2 days ago??
Common with cell phones as signals get crossed or blocked so easy.

yeah this actually does happen and its not people just saying that they didn't get the message...its one of those unexplainable technical problems that phone companies get ...like using speed dial and getting a wrong number... phone companies still stuff things up.. and probably always will cos no matter what happens they still get their money
