You should wear something loud and flashy, it is a talent interview so you'd want the spotlight be be on you. So maybe red or orange, so long the colours catch your eye, it's a go.

If your talent interview involves singing ...wear a dress that you think is suitable with your song...if it's dancing...wear a dress that fits with your dancing..Good Luck
