me and my husband are very sexually active i just had a baby three months ago and i am one month pregnant we have had 9 consecutive kids since i was 20 and he was 22. I have talked to him about getting my tubes tied but in the end he always gets me to decide not to. i am only 27 and i have 2 sets of twins and 5 single births. We have enough money to support them and everything and i still have a really nice figure and all that stuff but it is getting to hard to have them all. I really dont know what to do so any advice will help,

are you kidding me? if you need advice on this question, you shouldn't even be able to be a parent! duh, use protection, duh, get your tubes tied, duh, get your husband fixed, why are you bringing 10 fricking children into the world when we are already overpopulated, what the hell is the matter with you people?

Children are truly a blessing, but you are really abusing your body. You are still very young, you probably don't notice too much wear and tear on your body. Unfortunately, this may show up in your 30's and 40's. I think you are a super-mom to have all those children and still be able to think straight. Those other idiots that answered those questions act like THEY are making child support payments or something. I do think that you should consider getting birth control shots. You and your husband might like to keep your bodies in tact, you can do that and keep from getting pregnant at the same time. I know how it is to be pregnant and not want to be. I was raped and became pregnant. I had an awful pregnancy. I wanted the baby just not inside of me. I was totally in love with her as soon as I saw her. I think that you should also consider tying your tubes right after the birth of this last baby. You could also try an I U D. then, you wont be lying if you say that you're not on birth control, because it sort of becomes part of you. Good luck. Forget those people that are kicking you while you are weak and confused. They are worthless human beings that maybe should have not been born themselves.

If you don't think you can handle anymore get your tubes tied or him fixed!
Birth control is an option, condoms, other methods!
If you want to get your tubes tied, discuss with your husband that you have enough kids, and Don't think you should have anymore!
10 kids is a lot!

Don't listen to those losers talking about how the world is over populated! If you can raise them and have the funds to do so, don't let them bug you! Kids are wonderful, But me personally i don't think i could handle 10 kids! LOL
P.S. - It's good to hear some families are still having lots of kids has having lots of kids is being frowned upon a lot! My husband and I want 4-5 kids, but we'll have a couple and see what we think!

Well.. Where do I start?? Okay nine consecutive kids is a boat load but its okay their the bundle of joy god has given you.. But, you got to remember that this is expensive and will take a toll on you when you have many more.. Your husband DOES NOT have say for your decision.. YOU DO!! As a woman you should make your own decisions and decide what YOU really want.. Dont let anything nor anyone influence you EXCEPT yourself.. Why not try birth control for a lil bit and if that doesnt work get your tubes tide.. Remember this is YOUR life.. Enjoy!!

wow, some harsh people on here. Ten kids is a lot, but if you and your husband are able to afford them that's great. But you are doing it too fast, one baby after another is not healthy for you OR for the kids. i live in a large Amish community and we did have one mother r who was very young like your self die during early labor with her 12th child and the Dr.s int he hospital did say it was because of the consecutive pregnancies. I would talk to your husband and maybe now reach a compromise that you will use birth control until this new baby is at least three. Then sit down and have a further discussion on weather it is right to continue having more children, let him know that this is wearing you down and you will agree not to have a tubal until later, but you want ot use protection until you heal, maybe if you are not having one pregnancy after another you may want more. It's ok to continue to have children if you and your husband BOTH decide this is the right thing! BUT...having a baby each year is wearing your body down!
It is really uncommon for a lady to have this many children now! Why so many?
I would really sit down and discuss this issue with your husband! You can not continue to get pregnant before your body heals! Has your gynecologist not discussed this with you! You are having sex with your husband before the required time is even up! You are not allowing yourself enough time to even bond with the bay that you just had! Even though you are married this is your body and you are allowing it to be abused by your husband!

That's crazieness, I have three and sometimes I feel like I am going insane, I can't even imagine 10! I think it's great! Though if you are feeling like 10 is enough children then you should stick to your guns and have your tubes tied.

No offense... but this is kinda crazy. You have now 10 kids in what... 7 years?!?!? Crazy!
If you have question about this....why would you have 10 kids?
If you think you can't support 10 kids, as in take care of 10 kids... maybe the best thing is to put them up for adoption... And for future. PLEASE use protection... and get tubes tied for once and for all to prevent this chaos agian!

You have enough money to support them now, whenthey are very young? What about to educate them and feed them and clothe them as teens? If you really have no wish for any more kids, assert your wishes that enough is enough, either take precautions or have a tubal ligation!
