I know from personal experience that you can never go wrong with www.cheatcc.com or www.gamefaq.com. However, it might be a little challenging to find good cheats for Need for Speed Underground. I know I had trouble finding them when I played it. But that might have been due to the fact that I got it when it came out; I don't know if the cheats now are better or more improved than the cheats I found back then. But give it a shot nonetheless.
