I just really got into this show so I don't really know wat the exile is.

The exile is an obstacle course that 2 teams have to complete...whoever completes it first, gets to stay and continue with the challenge...the team that loses hops on a plane that night and goes home. The 2 teams are picked at the end of each challenge (the teams are in groups of 2)...the 1st challenge, the team that loses, goes into exile...the 2nd team is chosen by the rest of the team.
Exile is basically when they have to go through a course - with about 3 stops with trivia - you chose to complete the trivia and get a by or skip the trivia and keep moving on.

It's a competition between 2 of the teams to see who has to go home. Whoever wins the first competition gets to say one pair that is put in exile, and the remaining players get to vote on who goes against them.
