you'd be standing all the time.
and if you are referring to the rear exit for waste then you'd have a very miserable person since we can function with out many of the other parts of body, but with out the butt. if it goes on strike then the rest will shut down and die.,means there would be other adjustments. maybe we'd have more time think about things that would improve ones interests or the world around us, if today was the only day
left on earth, would you spend time thinking about what if we had no butts? perhaps this is a test to see how many"butts" are dumb enough t0 answer a question that is really kind of weird cause you are actually going on the internet with a question so......irrelevent to anything and I am beginning to wonder if this site will ever be what it could potentially be without being a complete waste of time.
I know you could do much better at comingup with off the wall questions.....try.

What would I spank? your question appears to imply that some would be born with a butt. if no one was to have a butt it would read what if nobody was born with a butt. the butted people would go for a premium price for sure. just look at old people , most don't have butts and they poop just fine.

well its a life which goes on. Being in india I never imagined many things which i am looking in NYC. I have seen people has one EAR or there is no nose , it is flat skin over there.
so whatever you have consider god's given gift and keep moving ahead.

First of all, how would we sit down? LOL I guess it would just hurt us really bad to sit. Over all what would jeans look like? What about a swing and a bike? We would look funny overall.
