when i go on websites the letters are big

internet explorer view text size works when i tried it on that. but the problem is i use aol as my internet and I guess it doesnot change the setting on aol. I hope this helps.

In internet explorer, go to view then select text size. you should be able to choose which size you want.

in firefox, press ctrl + 0 to change it to default size

hmmmm......on your FILE/EDIT/VIEW toolbar, click VIEW, go to text size, and reset it to medium or smaller if you prefer....
