I was on another yahoo account when I got this IM from one of my `best` friends. There was this link, and it was for Yahoo photos. Me being who I was put in my main e-mail account Syidina and the password. Sent it, and it didn't work. At first it never dawned on it what happened. But in the end it turned out it wasn't my best friend. Someone hacked his account. My password and user name got sent to someone and now its lost cause they changed the password. I dont know the information that was used to get the password back because my cousin made the account for and she does not remember. I have told Yahoo about this more then enough times, but I've gotten nothing. It was my main email source and I'm dying to have it back I have very important things in there that I need. Any help would be very much gratefully accepted.

You could try to hack your password back, but good luck on it.

Never, ever, ever, ever, ever ever ever mail your password to anyone! Dont give it to anyone, really. Anyone who asks either does not know their job, or is trying to scam you.

Better change all your other passwords right now, too. Did I mention, never email your password?

we got the same problem, someone aslo change my password and i cant access my account. the first thing i did is to feedback to yahoo. furtunately, the yahoo gave back my account, because i provide some information such a yahoo ID, name, Zip code, country, security question, birthday which is you entered during your registration. if your cousin cant remember yahoo cant help you. next time when you sign up an account make sure you rigth down.
