Interestingly silent on this and other atrocities carried out by the insurgents in Iraq are the “human rights” groups who seem to spend every day accusing the United States of torture, war crimes, and various human rights violations. UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan has called the Iraq war “illegal,” and John Pace, former UN chief of Human Rights for Iraq, has said that human rights conditions are “as bad now as they were under Saddam,” but was it America that filled mass graves with hundreds of thousands of murdered Iraqi civilians? Last month, Human Rights Watch again accused the US of “brutalizing Muslim suspects in the name of the war on terror,” but how many times have Americans strapped bombs to their own chests and purposely detonated themselves in a large crowd of civilians? Amnesty International’s website highlights America’s use of “torture or other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment” against terrorist captives, but how many prisoners—have americans be-headed?

I am outraged! --- I have been for some time now...
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I cannot begin to fathom how ANYONE would entrust ANYTHING to the tainted bureaucracy of the U.N., especially when led by the woefully corrupt Kofi Annan...
The U.N. needs to be COMPLETELY OVERHAULED, or DISSOLVED. Until any of those things happens, I suggest that the U.S. and its allies take a a long and scenic detour off of the U.N. 'Pretentiousness Highway'...

I asked a similar question on here myself maybe an hour ago. And it pisses me off to no end that the so called "human rights people" never speak out against the barbaric attrocities being commited by the terrorists, and insurgents. I'm in the US Army so I know from first hand experience that we are taught to be as judgemental as possible in all situations, and to follow the rules of engagement. Have there been violations on our part? Yes there have been, and we are quickly condemed for it as a whole for the acts of a few individuals that are not even close to a fraction of the whole. Yet the liberal media, the antiwar crowd, and the human rights advocates turn a blind eye to what our enemy does to soldiers, and civilians every single day.
The only real problem with the Bush administration and the top brass is they haven't allowed the military to come off of the defensive and go on the offensive. Iraqs insurgent stronghold cities need to have martial law imposed on them, a curfew at night, full scale cordon and searches at random, including raids of insurgent homes, increased number of traffic control points, and a shoot on sight rule of engagement for anyone found violating curfew. This needs to be an Iraqi lead operation, with the US there to assist. If the Iraqi people want such martial law to be lifted from their respective town or city then they need to step up and start helping to stop the insurgents, or run them out of the country completely. It is only with such harsh rules shall we end this quickly.

particular. united states of america of america is in deep financial subject. we've seen what Obama delivers and clearly his head is in an entire diverse universe/fact than the fact businessmen stay in. we want a turn-around artist. Romney has a lot of journey at doing that. which includes, as an occasion, the 1984 l. a. Olympics which became in deep dodo and dropping funds and no-one knew the thank you to restoration it. Romney became employed (i think of he did the interest for $a million greenback) and became it around so no longer purely did the total coach come off properly yet unquestionably became a earnings. that's what united states of america of america desires suited now because of the fact the motor vehicle is putting halfway over the cliff area and the rigidity wheels are off the floor. the american economic device desires rescuing. The UNCERTAINTY Obama has been spreading has particularly everyone sitting on their palms and the economic device is stagnant on an identical time as organisation waits to work out what destiny expenses would be for issues like well being care expenses, economic coverage, taxes, potential expenses, what new anti-organisation draconian rules will the EPA be crapping throughout united states of america of america in Obama's warfare on organisation, etc. So particular, anybody yet Obama. Romney isn't charismatic and in my opinion i became appalled by his convention speech, because of the fact he did no longer lay out a plan. yet he does comprehend his stuff and suited now we want a businessman on the helm and not some wild-eyed Marxist progressive.

The reason is that the other side is secretly enjoying seeing the American Public being turned off by the war in Iraq. They want the war over and they point to the fact that our boys are dying; however, they cannot say that we should retaliate for the awful killings because that would necessitate a longer war.

Don't get worked up over it. It's been going on since the sixties. Most journalists actually feel good when the USA loses a war or gets caught screwing up. Look closely at the type of people who want to pull out of Iraq before the job is thru, making way for eminent failure and you'll understand.

There is nobody denying that we are fighting a brutal enemy, but when we become them it is just not right. Lowering our standards to torture and to killing innocent civilians is not right. You should know that and I worry that you donot.
