Which F-word? The one has to do with pleasurable engagement and I think it was a Saxon word, The Saxons were an ancient tribe and the term is an insult heaped upon that tribe because they did the F-word with their "socks on" and they really stannnnnnk. The word "sax" is the original ancient word for socks as you well know.
The other four letter F-word which was coined shortly after the first four letter F-word to describe the ingenuous reaction of the partner pleasurably done to in order to abbreviate the ordeal of enduring the first four letter F-word when the former was an unwilling partner.
The first person to use the first F-word was Elmerwaldenheimski when he lost the first key in recorded history down the two holer which was a recent innovation derived from the one holer. The first time the second F-word was ever enacted was just after Adam and Eve did the first act of the first F-word and it occurred just after Adam said, "Was it good for you?" Though Adam and Eve never used the second F-word, that was the beginning.

The F Word
Popular etymologies agree, unfortunately incorrectly, that this is an acronym meaning either Fornication Under Consent of the King or For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, the latter usually accompanying a story about how medieval prisoners were forced to wear this word on their clothing.
Deriving the etymology of this word is difficult, as it has been under a taboo for most of its existence and citations are rare. The earliest known use, according to American Heritage and Lighter, predates 1500 and is from a poem written in a mix of Latin and English and entitled Flen flyys. The relevant line reads:
Non sunt in celi quia fuccant uuiuys of heli.

In some places it stands for "fornication under the king" some places it is the abbreviation "for unlawful carnal knowledge" It was stamped on the foreheads of those who fornicated without being married. So when someone says f-you that is good. It should be unf-you for that means you wish no sexual pleasure onto that person!!
As to what year I am not sure.

Form the Poems of William Dunbar we have this cite(1503):
"Be his feiris he wald haue fukkit."
Of course this is for the verb form of the word. As the origin is older still, who knows who used it first. There is the Middle English "fuken" and the German "ficken", but the relationship, and who influenced what first, is unknown to me.
Added:
Ah, I see the anacronymists have come out in force. It does not have its origins there. You might as well claim it was "Fornication Under Carnal Knowledge".

it began in England as an acronym for Fornication Under Consent of the King.
Too many knights were ending up with STDs so a hooker would go see a doc and get cleared to be a hooker. Then she would get a little card thing

F - U - C - K
F = Fornication
U = Under
C = Command
K = King
*When a king in anchient times saw the decline in the population of his kindom due to war, famine and disease, he ordered "fornication under the command of the king". This decreed that males were required to have sex with as many females as possible, as much as possible, in order to repopulate his kingdom. Thus the people would go around using the acronim f-u-c-k as and excuse to... well f-u-c-k.
