I tried TOOLS, and HELP where do I go.

Go into Tools select Internet Options. Then Delete Files, Delete Cookies and then go into Privacy and remove all sites visited.

Tools, internet options, third section towards the bottom is your "history" box. Hit the clear history tab to delete all history.

click tools, click internet options, make sure the general tab is open and click delete cookies then delete internet history. then stop looking at porn so you dont get caught. haha just kidding

start/settings/control panel/internet options/then click the button that says delete history, or set the time to save visited pages to zero

go to start, go to setting, go to control panel, go to internet options, delete history, delete cookies, and delete files. hope that helps
