Hummm now Elmo's legs seem kinda weak and limp when the teletubbies look like they can pack in some serious kicks...but there is always the Tyson of the crew.... Big bird.... so I would have to go with Elmo's gang but it sure is a good thing that the Teletubbies have noo-noo... thier vacuum I'm sure he can clean up the mess

teletubbies, because they are in that spaceship thing. There technology is far more advanced. This is if they met on a level battlefield or The Sesame Street 1st armored division went to invaded the teletubbies homeland.
Keep in mind that the teletubbies were based high upon a hill. They could see an enemy approaching for any direction. Not to mention they were able to communicate with the sun, who could warn them of an impending attack.
The teletubbies would not attack sesame street because there numbers are to small for urban warfare. If the teletubbies were to launch an air attack on Gen. Elmo and his troops they would have the upper hand because they know all of the shortcuts and hiding places on Sesame Street. They could ride out the bombing. The teletubbies only way in would be an air assault. This is to dangerous because of the risk of surface to air defenses.
To sum it up.
Neutral battlefield, advantage teletubbies because of technology.
Then both armies have an overwhelming home field advantage.
