Dogs have always been my favorite, but now I also love cats and horses and I love bald eagles the best of all birds. I use to have an Irish Setter named Brandy and she was my only dog and when she died at the age of 11 1/2, it broke my heart and swore that I would never have another pet, but now I have two cats, had them when they were 3 months old and now they're 13 months old and as cute and playful as they can be.

Although I love all animals, I would have to start with cats, only because they are what I have. I do love dogs as well, but my cats don't seem to like them. Someday a small farm with a few horses, chickens, my cats and a few dogs would be great.

2nd= Mice, I have several pet mice and they still amaze me today with their tiny hands, and how smart they can actually be.
3rd= Dachshunds
I actually love all animals - great and small. They fascinate me.

A dog. They can playwith you all day long, they don't scratch like cats, they don't eat mice, and they are more exciting !
