Release for the RAZR V3i?

Is this phone going to be released here in the usa? Under which companies? ex. tmobile or cingular

they have been pushed back to the 25th of the month and cingular is the exclusive dealer for this phone, verizon will have the v3m which includes gps and other new technology

Cingular will brand them soon....but as of yet they're only out in Europe.
