I use both. But I like Firefox better. It seems to run better. no pop-ups, easy to clear history & cookies. I just like it allot better. You should try it for your self and see. I think Mozzilla Firefox has Microsoft going crazy.

Firefox, firefox is open source, and compatible with a multitude of Operating systems. Unlike IE, if I don't have something I want I can program it myself, and make it! Or have others do it for me! I've heard rumors that it was "more secure", I have yet to actually hear about how this could be true, its not a firewall it doesn't block ports, but it does have a variety of options from turning off active x controls, images, and extensions (such as the flash plug in). Firefox is developed on a community based level, your not just using a companies software, your using the entire worlds. I say download the browser, try it out, if you don't like it go back to whatever you came from, if you do, buy a shirt and help the guys out. Open source software usually ALWAYS wins in my book, being a programmer myself, I completely respect the saying "you should never reinvent the wheel".

Mozilla Firefox is a browser similar to IE.
It has a few nice features like tabbed browsing where you can flip back & forth between web sites.
It was said to be more secure then IE but as it's popularity increased it's security flaws started to surface.
It is a bit faster at rendering web pages but it's main drawback is that it doesn't support Active X. That means many web pages will not display properly.
That is why I pretty well quit using it. You can get it free and have both browsers on your system if you want to try it.
Go here if you want it - http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/...

Use both! I use both and there are no problems. They are both have roughly the same functions however most power users will use Firefox because it doesn't report home like Microsoft Software does.
I believe Firefox is now more popular than IE6 as a result.
Firefox is free and doesn't take more memory to use.
