has the bike been sitting for the past two weeks?
if so then:

gummed up carby's, (i only run BP fuel due to additives in others causing this very problem).

you'll have to remove the carburettors and clean the jets/passages in each one.

or try a injector/carby cleaner additive and run a tank through the bike (riding would be best as it varys the engine loading and cools the engine but if that isn't possible leave it in neutral and run for 5min periods or so). clear as concrete.

make sure you don't leave the cleaner in the fuel system as it has been known to attack/eat rubber in the system (fuel lines, seals ect)

as you wish.

Sounds like the wires are wet and causing the spark to leak to ground. If the ignition is weak, the engine will missfire because the more air you put into the engine, the harder it is for the spark to jump the plug gap. You'll need to trouble shoot the ignition system.

If it's stored outside you may have got water into something. (electrical?)Otherwise, if you run reg. gas try filling up with super. Or you can buy a bottle of octane boost at your local parts store. Good luck.
