It starts from within you not on the outside. Outside is just superficial. Alot of people seem to be unknowing in this department in life. Actually almost everyone for the most part. About the only ones who seem to get it are the Buddhist Monks. They know this and some other cultures do also but not many. Start with yourself inside and you will glow outside!

I use to be unhappy all the time. I never felt good enough or pretty enough. Then one day I had just had enough! I just decided that it didn't matter, no ones opinion mattered but mine. No joke, in less than 2 months, I went from having no guys liking me and zero self-esteem to fighting them off with a stick. I counted one time and there were, seriously, 8 guys at once. Guys see when you have self-esteem and that you are happy...with you. The only guy that I cared about didn't know I existed. Three months later he proposed. A year later we were married. We have been married for about 10 months now and they have been the best of my life! Keep your head up. Love yourself...ok, accept yourself first and the rest will fall into place.

I am happy with the way i look but im not perfect, you know? Other people might not think that im beautiful but thats their problem.... And I think plastic surgery is totally wrong! Just be happy with who you are and live a healthy lifestyle.

Im beautiful because I look just like my children and they are the most beautiful creatures in the world :) as for happy well theres always something that makes you roll your eyes when you look in the mirror but Im happy enough

You have to believe that you are beautiful. You have to have confidence. I smile... It makes people think that I am having a good time and are happy with myself. No one wants to be with someone who complains about how they look. Confidence...

I am beautiful because I am comfortable with myself. In return I am more open and honest with others because I don't need their approval.
