Oh I cried! That movie was on Lifetime the other day. I cried buckets when Gwen sayas, right before death"I got a family"and when the bikers escorted the family to the church. Great movie!

hello,
id rather not give out my name but the movie to me was highly rediculous. you see i am a 16 year old neice of the young man Jose merel my uncle. If lifetime chooses to display a movie about whats going on in our world nowerdays then the right imformation needs to be deliverd around the world because people watch lifetime everyday. You see my uncle is displayed as a criminal and a person who was out in their wrong, when at the time Eddie was the one in the wrong. She is the one who choose not to show her true self same as she did not with Joey. As her mother had to do it for her. See thats the problem with most of these transgenders around the world not showing their true self. A young man my uncle embarresed by the lie of yet another young man. I apologize if my message has offended those who read with other teens who may have this transgender problem but as i am a teenager myself this is me and my "true" opinion. As so i do and still think about the choice my uncle has made and i do not only shed a tear for him but, also the thought for young Eddie "gwen" Araujo everyday.... always, Unknown

Me too but I hope it teaches young guys like him to tell the truth and not lie because boys egos will make them kill if the are really embarrassed when other people find out they kissed a boy . That would make a straight man really mad and why didn't the mother press the issue and show him about gay bashing so he would realize there are people who didn't understand and accept him like his family did and hurt or even kill him she should have kept taking him to the counselor and i'm sure she would have convinced him to not lead men on.

Oh my gosh I was bawling at the end when the lawyer said maybe it's the society's fault that this happened to Gwen, and then the mother begins to yell that they beat her for five hours, strangled her to death, and then buried her in a field, Just having that image in my mind made me have anger towards those who did it to her, and it made me cry so much!

omg that is liek one of the best movies ever. I cried soo hard when they started beating her, And then gwens mom said that they starangled her to deathna and beat her for five hours. and the bikers. and joey omg its gunna make me cry right now.
