~When you're old enough to go to work as a grill-man at McDonald's, start thinking about what you want to do when you grow up. In the meantime, finish high school, do extra-curriculars and get some work experience. Talk to your guidance counsellor. Go to college, selected on the basis of finances, accredidation, reputation in your chosen field, and work or grad school placement history. Work with you student advisor.
Given that you don't specify a field and simply state you want to be an exec, I doubt you have given much thought to your career choices. At 15, that's a good thing. Unless you start your own company, you're going to start work at basement level position and you're going to have to work your butt off to get out of the cellar, at the expense of having a life. Enjoy, if you consider that to define success.

You don't say what type of business you are interested in. However, it's important to plan ahead so here goes ... get your degree in finance, business, or commerce. And develop your leadership skills by volunteering in your community, at your church, in your school. Get involved in an organization like the Junior Chamber of Commerce. You say you're friendly ... put yourself out there. The people you meet and the places you'll go will lead you to the future you're looking for!

Just choose something you like. If you like it you will surely enjoy learning about it. And because of this you know more than anyone else in the matter.
Study something about business.... I recommend finance. Be involved if extracurricular activities and associations for the business you wish to enter as an older person.
And travel... You'll learn more than you could ever imagine, plus you'll meet people from all over the world, giving you a preview of the business world and the potential of your business.

Hey! Good question! You're thinking ahead and that's great! It's still a little early for you to consider what to study in college, but certainly courses in business are important.
But there are more important thing for you to develop right now.
Executives must know how to lead other people, how to form relationships, how to resolve conflicts and to help people reach agreements, how to see how tasks are connected, how to keep a sense of humor when they feel stressed out.
These are all skills that you can start to develop now!
Participate in class by listening critically and learning to question. Look for opportunities to take charge of a project at school, to help people work together toward a goal, to run for office, to work with other people, to help in the community.
Learn to write and to speak well!!!!! Take tutorials in writing. Join a debate team or public speaking club. You'll develop the ability to think critically, to express yourself and assert your ideas, to explain and to inspire.
Also, take diverse courses, not just business. Take art, literature, etc. Believe me, these will broaden your thinking and make you a whole person, and help you avoid being a narrow person.
Someone can be the smartest person in business and accounting, but if they can't connect with other people to lead them, they won't succeed.
Good luck!
