I am not totally not sure in Texas but, the way it goes here in Illinois If you have all of that information you could go right on the Internet and type up something like:
Fort Worth Texas Prison System- Once you get there If there is no instruction or anything put in the info you have on that person and see what comes up..
I know that my daughter did the same thing and found her father in the system, it gave her his full name: prison number: what prison he was in: What charges he has: What date he was convicted: How long he has done: When his parole date comes out: and even what day his time is up: She also says that they tell you what kind of dental work he has received.
They gave her a lot of info and I will not say that she had to pay for the information because she was like 14-15 yrs-old when she did it and she didn't use my credit card or anything, so I am sure with the right information about the person you are looking for, you to should be able to find the person you are searching for.
Good Luck in your search, I also hope that this helps you some what....
I would just like to add one more thing, there are a lot of bad people in this world So I would advise you to remove that SS# from this question very quickly, before someone thinks to do something very bad with it.

sure. TDC, or Texas Dept of Corrections, is the dep.. that runs prisons. So he became transferred from the protecting reformatory in that county all the way down to a processing middle. There are numerous processing centers in TX so as that they may well be in very nearly everywhere in the state. you're able to get a letter from them quickly letting you be attentive to.
