I just got a cast and it is so dull so is there anyway to decorate it . Well it realy isn't that dull cuz it is neon green . But if you know anything I can do please tell me .... PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!

i had a cast back in 1991 & it was neon pink. i had my friends sign it with puffy fabric paint. i also put some rinestones on it but that wasn't a good idea because it interferred with x-rays. they'll have to remove your cast & you'll have to pay for another cast if you need one & pay for extra x-rays also. most insurances won't pay twice! it'll be on you or your parents.

just in case you decide... i used regular fabric paint to get the stones on.
put a dot the size of a pencil eraser & smash the stone in there. it'll have a colorful border around the stone. i used silver glitter fabric paint.
the cast became an ornament in my house afterwards. it sat in a corner & everyone enquired about it all the time.

Have people sign it or put stickers on it, get creative! When my friend got a cast all of her friends drew something that fit into an ocean floor picture so by the time we were done, it was a very awesome picture!

I would used colored Sharpee permanent markers. The color won't rub off or get messed up if a drop of liquid accidentally lands on your cast. Take the markers with you everywhere and let your friends draw pictures for you.

All you need are some markers and some craft jewels and little beads from the craft store! Make your own designs, or take the craft gems and make your cast look like it cost $1 million!!! Have fun with it and let your imagination run wild!!!

Find someone that is an artist and have them decorate with paint pens. Like tribal tattoos, graffiti, or whatever your into.

make your friends sign it all in one color, than go over and decorate with colorful colorific markers. then maybe hot glue some little rhinestones on it. =]

maybe you can cut out stuff that you like from a mag and tape it (over it kinda laminate it)
