I believe Italy vs Czech Rep. is heading for a draw. It will mean that USA will be knocked out anyway.
As for the Ghana vs USA match, this is a little harder to predict. While the USA are relatively consistent, Ghana is very unpredictable. I believe Ghana will bring their A - game and they will win, topping the group!!
