Yeah, a willingness to learn on the job and the common sense to not worry about looking good when you should be trying to learn a skill. Obviously, they hired you knowing you needed training. Now go in their with an open mind and a good attitude. Learn everything they teach you, and don't be afraid to ask questions when you don't know something.

First of all, I hope you understand electricity. Know how it flows, the theory of it, and how voltage and current are related. Know about the phases of electricity, how it is converted to work, heat, and other things. You must also know how it is generated, so understanding magnetism will greatly help you. Good luck.
