It is more common for women to not get implantation bleeding, than it is for women to actually have it.

Implantation bleeding occurs when the embryo (baby) implants itself into the uterus (uterine wall). This causes the uterus to shed a small amount of the lining, rather than the full amount that you are used to when you have your period.
Because the baby usually implants itself within 10 days of conception, implantation bleeding will usually occur before your period is due.

As only a small portion of the lining has been shed, the bleeding will be very light, and you may only notice it when you 'wipe'. It may be pink or brown, and it is pretty rare for it to be red. Implantation bleeding will only last for a few days, no where near as long as a regular period. It is also extremely unlikely for it to soak a pad.

Sorry, but I don't understand question. What do you mean by "implantation",--if you meant to use that word?
