How do I put links in my blog that link to other parts of the same blog?

I want to say things like "to read this post, click here", and when you click on the "click here", it takes you to the original post.

"Bookmark" the first word of the place that you want to go to.
Then "hyperlink" the link (word or picture...) that you want people to click on to get to the bookmark.

most of the blogs are programmed, so everything is done by script itself. If you don't have ideas on programming stuff, you can still do it manually by creating hyperlink to the original post from the first page.
