I need ideas for a corporate summer (Aug-Sept) event in the austin,tx area that are NOT renting a boat on the lake, swimming activities, or a dude ranch. I'll expect @120 adults. If it's a family thing it would be @150 w/ kids. I need to spend $3000 or less. Thanks!

Just a suggestion , my husbands company holds a BBQ every summer invites all employees and their families.. they have raffles, dunk tanks, games for adults and kids all done at a near by park/camping facility.. Everyone has a blast at these picnics and enjoy tossing the balls at the dunk tanks to get the big bosses wet!

Old-fashioned picnic, with all the turn of the last century games. This might be a refreshing break from the standard "buymeagoodtime" get togethers.
