My child support order was based on my ex making minimum wage since he failed to appear for any of the court hearings and I found out from my daughter that he is currently employed at two companies and is making extremely more than minimum.

I sent in for a review and the CSEA told me that I either had to wait until it's been 36 months (which it hasn't) OR I had to provide them with the evidence myself. He lives in S.Carolina and there's no way I can go sneak around down there to find out where he works. And it's not like I can call him up and ask him because he definately wouldn't provide me with the information. So my hands are tied.

Call your local child support enforcement office (OCSE). They can definitely help to find your ex. OCSE has information from all over the U.S. to find a non-paying parent. The Federal Parent Locator Service/New Hire Directory has become a great tool in finding obligated parents.

2nd-I know it would be unethical to use your daughter, but if she's in constant contact and knows for absolute certainty, that he has 2 employers, have her 'off-handedly' ask him. He might not even think twice about telling her. Then I would run to the OCSE and file for modification.

In Georgia, you have to wait 3 years to modify child support. As far as where he works, just ask around. People talk.

Try to find out from someone that knows him. Don't you know any of his friends? Have someone you know follow him to work.
