I am getting married and I my house and bank accounts are trusted.
Are they considered as mine (no matter what) or ours once I enter into the marriage. Does anyone know the legal considerations?

You can have a prenup, but, contrary to popular belief, that does NOT mean that IF you divorced at some point in the future, your wife cannot challenge it and that a court cannot modify it afterwards. The reasons for such modifications are usually related to significant changes in your life (living standards, children, etc.). So the bottom line is: A prenup is not 100% foolproof protection, but it'll help.
You can stipulate in your prenup that everything that you possess and that she possesses prior to the marriage will belong to each, respectively in case of a divorce.
Once you're married, all assets AND all debts that either of you accumulate during the marriage become marital property/ liability.

If you are the trustee, you need a pre-nup.
