for a health project, i have to type a introduction paper using MAL format. but i have no idea what it is. and the teachers wont tell us what it is. they just told us to go to mal.com but it didnt work out!! could u please help me!!

that may be because it is not MAL, it is MLA format. Give the link a try. BTW teachers should teach and inspire instead of needlessly stressing students out.

did you mean MLA format, the formatting for that is simple i can send you the first page of one of my research papers from college, its in mla format(i got a A on it). I think you just have the abbreviation wrong its probably MLA.com

I think you mean the MLA format? It's a way of citing references in your paper. Do a Yahoo! search for "MLA format examples" and you'll see lots of examples of what you need to do.
