first off, yes you can, if the first one is at the very beginning and the second is at the very end, you just have a shorter cycle. If they come closer together, I would check with your doctor. As far as the tampons, think about it, when you take a bath, and you don't have a tampon in, don't you bleed in the water?
You need to either wear a tampon, or there is something called, Instead, you can get it in the pad area, and it is a small bendable, cup like thing you can put up inside, it doesn't cause TSS (toxic shock syndrome) it doesn't absorb it, it just catches it. I use it when I go swimming, one experience with TSS was enough for me.

Yes you can get a period two times in a month but you may want to see your doctor to find out why. Could be an abnormal menstrual cycle or the sign of something else like systs.
Personally I would wear a tampon while swimmig for sanitary reasons. What about before and after you are in the water? That discharge will be rinsed into the water and create sanitary issues.

NO, that is not. Check with your Dr. You could be spotting and could mean something else.
Always use a tampon when swimming.
If you are using tampons and take one out before it gets saturated, it can tear your lining, which will make you bleed. That happened to me a few times until I figured out what was going on.
If you plan to change it often, then put some Ky Jelly on the tampon first so it won't tear you up inside when changing tampons.

Some people can do have a cycle that is only 14 days long. Yes please wear a tampon when your in the pool. You are swimming in a pool not deep sea diving, how much pressure do you think is in there? And do you really want to have it all come pouring out the second you get out of the water? Go talk to your doctor anyway.

I think so. My friend and I were talking about this today and she said her mom got it twice this month. She already had it this month and is cramping a lot, and she thinks she is going to have another period. So I think it's normal. And also, um yes wear a tampon while you swim, lol.

you can and you may think that you are getting it twice but it's really probably just a short duration from month to month maybe due to stress but if you're unsure you could go to your doc and find out or ask your mom and or school nurse?
