Graham Cracker? Or how about a name that doesn't have any connection to your real name? That's what I'd do. I once even tried submitting stories under my chosen psudeonym. Might've been a success, had the publishers liked my stories. Of course, you could try Rapier Gtraham, or S'mores Rapier.
