Long term weight loss includes a healty diet: lean meat, plenty of green vegetables and water and daily (at least 3x a week) excercise. But there are many things that you can do for short term weight loss, you can go on the diet for heart patients its a medical diet that doctors put there patients on and you lose and average of 10lbs. per week (disgusting food though). There's Atkins and South beach were the average weight loss is 14lbs in two weeks, and there is also a Master Cleanse which most people lose about 15 lbs in 10 days because it cleans all of the toxins out of your body.. And plenty of diet pills that work wonders but they only last about 4 weeks before your body gets use to them and then you have to excercise...

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

i would sugest making laxitive brownies after every meal it all exsept the nutrions gos right out of u its heathy and gets weight off fast but be careful not to many a day also u may get stomach cramps
