I agree with Enzyme-West Hollywood is pretty much an anything goes part of LA. ( of course that can be argued for all of So. Ca,.) Isn't it against the law in West LA to "dock" dogs tails or something restricting how you can groom dogs?

It's a great step but it doesn't make it legal. In Denver, it is also legal but the local authorities still enforce the Federal laws against it.

It's legal to own and grow weed in many counties of California - as long as you have a medical marijuana card, otherwise it is not legal.

Hate tobreak the news but the city council is only considering decriminalization of pot possession. Hasn't happened yet and even if it does it conflicts with state law. I wouldn't worry about it though.

I knew that and I do know that it is amazing to me that they can make an herb that doesn't cause cancer but relieves the pain of cancer illegal but make something that causes cancer legal(cigarettes). Marijuana isn't lethal and to overdose on it you would have to smoke twice your body weight which is impossible.
