Yes, they did.
I believe that everyone (well, for the most part) was poised with solo careers. After all, it really was initially a vehicle for Beyonce, but it has benefited quite a few girls along the way.
Beyonce still sings, writes, and performs as a solo performer. She does acting. She models. She designs clothes with her mom. She really makes a good deal of money on her commercial endorsements. If she plans wisely, she's really set for life. I'm sure that this is only the beginning of her dynasty, and no doubt she'll have one like Oprah, Britney, like like Tyra's attempting. Plus, she has a high powered boyfriend in Jay-Z, who keeps her globe-trotting.
Kelly has done her own solo recordings, and will likely continue to do so. She's received at least one Grammy on her solo efforts. She's also done movies and TV. If I am not mistaken, she has yet to marry her fiance, Dallas Cowboy Roy Williams. (The wedding was called off by him, but the jury is still out as to whether or not they have reconciled.)
Michelle, who arguably has the least options of the trio, still sings, with her preference being gospel over secular music. She records #1 albums, as a solo artist. Also, in 2003, she was selected to play "Aida" on Broadway.

Michelles heart is in Christian music. She has two Christian CDs out. I think her Christian beliefs conflict with Destinys Child public image.
Beyonce probably thinks she is bigger than Destinys Child and doesn't need them. Actually she IS and she DOESN'T.

yeah their solo now, probaly b/c they got tired of
