I've got news for you guys, clicking on the little red X in the upper right hand corner causes the Form_Unload event to fire and your little virus still has all the time in the world to screw you. The safest thing to do is to immediately power off your machine!!!

You probably accidentally hit a combination of buttons that would have deleted something in your computer and it could have been important so you did the right thing by selecting no. If you need to see the programs on your computer or if you want to remove programs go to your start menu select control panel then choose add/remove programs and then go from there but you should only do this if you are familiar with what you are doing so that you do not remove anything important. Also you need to make sure that your Virus protection is up to date so that if that came up because of a virus which is highly likely then you are covered. I also recommend running a full check for any Viruses and spy ware and stuff of that nature.

If it was a pop up from the internet, then you should have clicked the close button. NOD32 is actually an Anti-Virus program. This may be a virus. Scan for viruses/spyware/adware, then fix any that you find, then make sure you have a firewall.

If it's not coming from a program on your computer (like a security program), and if it was the effect of web browsing, you made a mistake. You may have inadvertently installed spyware, or worse.

Never click on anything that pops up. Just click the little red X at the top-right of the window (if there) to close the pop-up.

Look at the bottom of the screen at the task bar. If you see a new window, one that you didn't open. Click the right-click it (click the right mouse button over it) and use the left mouse button to click close. That's a safe way to close those things.

usually its best to only click the little X to shut the box. if you click anywhere else, you're probably doing just what they want you to do. go to www.trendmicro.com and run a free scan on your pc.
