why would you want to use a zip drive, they are out dated. a cdrw is the way to go. a zip drive is a magnetic media which means a magnet will erase your data, a cd is digital and therfore a magnet has no effect on it, and it will hold alot more data, 250 mg for a zip and 700 mb for a cd

You would need and external zip drive that plugs into the USB port, the mac mini has no space for an internal Zip Drive, you can get them external pretty cheap at best buy.
I would spend money on one though, i would buy a flash drive instead, try a 1 gig one, they are only 60 dollars, small and compatible, dont require any drivers at all, just plug and play.

i wouldn't use zip drives. Zip drives have something called the click of death. go to the website i put. It will tell you about it
