when I was pregnant with my son I had similar feelings. My doctor said that the baby was growing faster and my womb was stretching at a faster rate and that was causing the pulling sensation. You should still call a health line or nurse or doctor just to be on the safe side. Good luck!

the reason you have pulling sensations in your back is because your body is now stretching to make room for your baby. your muscles are becoming relaxed which will lead to cramps and other unpleasant feelings. everytime you feel pain you should take some tylenol, if the pain worsens or is too much for you to handle, call your doctor.

You will have any number of funny and uncomfortable sensations while you are pregnant, but if this causes you any stress at all, call your doctor right now. She/he will be used to fielding these types of calls at all hours and will be able to more accurately diagnose whether you should be concerned.

i'm not sure if it's "normal". i guess that would depend on your pregnancy. but i am only 8 weeks prego and discussed similar symotoms w/ my doctors nurse and she said that the uterus and abdomen are really busy stretching, even at this early stage. i feel it most when i try to lay on my stomach to sleep, or when i am turning over in bed.

This is very normal. You will feel pulling and even abdominal cramps through out your pregnancy. You have a growing human in you and your body has to adjust to the changes it goes through.

It sounds like your round ligament (part of the uterus) is stretching- which is normal, but for piece of mind and to make sure that nothing else is going on, you should make an appointment with you OB.

Yes, you're normal. That's what happens to my mom. But if it hurts very much, u might have problems, so go to a doctor.

I'm not an expert, but it sounds to me like ur uterus is stretching. This is very normal, considering u have a growing human being inside of u...

Just relax...calm down...

Feel assured that ur baby is growing...congratulations!!
