This country would be in better shape, and we wouldn't have to worry about helping them out and there would actually be more jobs for our people, cause you know how them middle easterns, africans, and mexicans are stealing are jobs left and right! I don't mean to be racist cause im black myself but the illegal immigrants are getting stuff and before us the real american citizens, like i said without them this country would be much better than it is right now!

Well, if all the Illegal's were deported, first it would probably bankrupt the Government, because they would have to pay for the transportation to the border. I read a news article and they said it would cost upwards of 200 billion to deport all of them. I thought it kinda sad you relate the cost of produce to Illegals being deported, but, produce would not be the only thing upset over them being deported, as they do roofing, asphalt, landscaping, bricklaying, and all the other jobs American's don't want to do. I don't think all Illegals should be deported, just the drug dealers, criminals and other bad seeds mixed in. Some of them have been in the country for upwards of 20 to 30 years, and have been decent hard working people just looking for a better life for themselves.

We would experience a dramatic economic boom. Immigrants, especially illegal immigrants are an INCREDIBLE net drain on our economy.
That isn't the main issue with them. The main issue is they are violent criminal scum. Something like 2% of our population are illegals. But 35% of our prison population is illegals. Understand that percentage is geographically isolated for the most part. In other words, in many places in the US, illegals are the sole source of violent crime. The number of rapes, robberies, murders and assaults done by these people every years is STAGGERING. Even if it cost us to get rid of these people, it would be WELL worth it to do so. But, that's not the case. These people eat up many, many times their contribution to our economy in the form of welfare and other services....not even counting the incredible costs for law enforcement and prison etc.
Tom Tancredo just recently approached Congress about what is happening in California. Whole suburbs of LA are being taken over by mexican gangs using drug money. They buy up tons of property, take over the local governments and then the police and are now using dozens of these towns as bases to funnel drugs into the US.
To say that these assholes have got to go is an incredible understatement.

Our economy would prolly go into a further recession and maybe a depression. Produce would go sky high, along with all other things the illegal immigrants help produce like meat. The economy of the southwest would certainly fall into a depression.

For a while it will be tough but in a week or two laws would be passed to have a sub-minimum wage for Americans worker like that small farm and companies don't spend too much.
Companies will sell equipments to farmers at reduced prices that replaces workers.
Also teens will be allowed to do more summer jobs know done the illegals.
We also have over 2 million prisoners who will be allowed to work in the fields for time off their sentence.

Not only that but there will be all these jobs available that U.$. citizens are just dying to do: work in the fields, sell ice-cream, wash cars, mow lawns, work at fast food -- if they can handle it...

I'm sure it would have an impact on the economy, however, it would be worth the price to have America's laws enforced.
