I have sm. rust spots on a white cotton tablecloth
that I hand embroidered. I left the metal hoops
on too long and rust spots in the shape of an oval
is the results.

I know Rit Dye had a specific brand of Rust Remover. Hope this helps, you should be able to find it at K-mart of Wal-mart.

There's a detergent called "Iron out". It works wonders on anything.

Iron-out or try bringing it to your local dry cleaners they may know what to do.
