I would just ask her, I did this once simply due to the fact that my mind wasn't on what/who I was doing, my hubby, instead I was thinking of what I needed to do the next day and I mentioned the dr's name I had to go see, since this was also my obgyn, my hubby sort of freaked. I didn't have any feelings for the guy, just slipped out

Bad news dude! But not necessarily the worst. Its possible she is just fantasizing she's with the other guy. Your best angle is to ask her about it and get an honest answer. If its a fantasy then have fun with it. You and I both know we fantasize all the time during sex.

Hey bud, don't torture yourself. It means nothing. It has happen to me several times. Hell one time my brothers girl called him my name during the act. I have called my girl a different name a few times and it meant nothing. it was just an honest mistake. Don't read anything into it.

was it a actors name or someone from her past? you could get even and call out a womans name from your own past and see what kind of reaction you get from her!
