I would love that!!!
My wish list for my house is (in order of necessity):
1. New drive way/stabilize foundation in back porch.
2. New front doors (with windows)
3. New entrance (foia).
4. New stairways.
5. Walk in closet for the master bedroom.
6. Vaulted ceilings.
7. New doors/closets for the whole house.
8. Re-do Kitchen (cabinets ... appliances ... floor)
A good designer ... A Good Designer ... A GOOD DESIGNER!!!
OMG, I have little to no talent in this area ... it sucks!!!
Ouch ... my bank account hurts just thinking about it!!!

Me! Me! Hahaha.
We bought some acreage that no one has lived on or taken care of in 45 years, and the big brick building on it used to be the local bar and cafe. So we moved a nasty OLD trailer house onto the property while we completely re-do that brick building, making it into a house. Some of the roof had rotted through to leave big gaping holes, some of the floors had rotted through the same way... it was just a mess.
But we're trying to do all the work ourselves, and my hubby goes away to work for seven days, then has seven days off, so while he can get a lot done in those seven days off, it depends on the weather and such when he's home.
I would dearly LOVE to have somebody with crews and a vision to come in make this place livable!
But who ya gonna call? LOL.

I find myself getting jealous of those people sometimes...then I remember that their lives weren't so great beforehand, and I sorta feel bad.
I think I'd most like to make the rooms bigger, some better decor, nice high ceilings and whatnot.
