Why do poor people smell like sour milk?

This was a line in South Park but it's true! Sniff one some time in line at the bank ( you can confirm that they're poor when they get to the teller and withdraw like $7.82)

Its because they can't take a bath and use all the water up cause they gotta pay a water bill!
