Things can start in your 30's. I am 42 and have been experiencing night sweats for several years now. I've heard the symptoms of Peri-menopause can last a good 10-15 years. Oh Joy! My periods are still running pretty much on a regular cycle even with only one ovary.

Some women enter peri-menopause in their late 30s. It's not quite menopause, but you can have definite changes in your cycle. No, they usually aren't changes for the better either!

Although it's not the norm some women start as early as 30. Just like getting your period there is no set age.

You'll go thru perimenopause first , usually starting in mid thirties
