Is it normal to feel dissatisfied?

BTW 4 the last guy I do do a lot of charity work and give money I volunteer at an old peoples home and a half way house for abused girls Im not some spoilt model

Go to impoverished areas of the world like Angelina Jolie. Then you won't feel so dissatisfied, you'll know you have everything you need. Separate your mind from your reality, how much more do you need? Think about people with less in the world some living their lives well some suffering in extreme poverty and poor health.

Count your blessings. Life is what you make it. Nothing in the world is permanent, in the blink of an eye your world can change.

If you fill your life with "stuff" you only need to find more space to put it all. Material things don't make you satisfied, in life you don't need any more than you can carry. Katrina, Tsunami, Earthquake, Hurricane. It's not the quantity, it's the quality.

Live outside of "the box".

Well, it is not normal for me, since I am a Muslim..

I believe, if you worship the only true God, and believe in the only true creed, Islam, you will then be satisfied.. A lot have converted to Islam, but almost none left it after following its teachings, and that is for one main reason, which is: They found happiness in Islam.

i dont think its fair to the people around you who probably try hard to make you happy and you are allways dissatisfied. you dont want to be that person who is never happy do you? maybe instead of feeling dissatisfied about your own life you should try to help someone who might not have as much as you and then you will realize that you have everything you need and more!

Perfectly normal. Why else would millionaires want to be billionaires and fat people keep eating after they are full. And like the stretched out stomach of an overeater, every craving grows the more it is satisfied.

yes, it's normal for humans to think the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. oddly enough, boffins have recently found that the secret to happiness isn't so much to have every thing you want or need, but merely to have more than someone else.

Maybe the problem is you think you have everything you need. Maybe something is missing. Look more closely at personal relationships or your relationship with God. Those might lead to some clues.

The probable cause of it can be emptyness ,
but very hard to see , since some people
will not accept they do have it . Another cause
can be just "doing too much for others" ,

Yes, I think it is. Are you religious? I don't think anyone is ever really satisfied until you find God, and then you realize that the only thing that is truly satisfying is helping others. God is the answer.

yes. you have to much. give somethings away and do some charity work. you will get satisfaction by helping another less fortunate person.
